Review: Love these, I got my regular size. Please don't size down, I was so close to tearing the butt scrunch and I'm sure they'll tear for sure if you size down. The material isn't too thin, but it's also not super thick. The waist material is a bit thicker though (and tight) so it snatches the waist. It is squat proof as long as you get your regular size and the butt scrunch is cheffs kiss. Also you could probably size up even because of how stretchy it is (it's also ankle length). Measurements are accurate (5'3, 141lbs)
